We had originally planned on stopping by Fort Union after Capulin, but decided to head straight to Pecos in order to catch the guided tour of Arrowhead Ruin (above).  We were pleasantly surprised when it turned out that we would be the only two on the tour.  We spent the next couple of hours with an eccentric ranger named Roger talking kivas, cracking jokes, and altering our road trip plans.  It's people like Roger that make these trips so worthwhile.
