State Forest State Park
State Forest is the Moose capital of Colorado. The park is said to have about 600 that stay in the area year round.
Visitor Center where the Gould Loop Trail starts...
We came to see the Moose, but were lucky to see anything at all. The snow rolled in and gave us near white out conditions. We went from hoping to see them near the roads to hoping we wouldn't have to.
