Moose Tracking at Grand Lake
The plan was simple: Track down some moose around Grand Lake. We hiked up the East Inlet Trail, but came up empty. The trail is pretty easy (for the first couple miles), close to town, and meanders along the water.
Sometimes the best coffee is made roadside.....
We had much more luck once we entered Rocky Mountain NP. Trail Ridge Road wasn't open yet which means only being able to venture in 2 miles.....
