Belize - Boat Charters & Nightlife
On our second day we chartered a boat, The Cari-Beanz, to take us on a fishing/snorkeling trip. Captain Oliver and his son, Jordan, were awesome guides and a lot of fun to spend a day with.
Swimming with a Manatee!
Oliver loves Manatees and is the apparently one of the few guides who always tracks them down. He spotted this one from a ways off and was able to get us close enough to take a quick swim him.
Caye Caulker
Caye Caulker is the laid back sister island to Ambergris Caye. Think hostels not hotels and more Caribbean than South American.
Eat What You Catch
