Winter in Bryce Canyon
After Zion we decided to spend New Years Eve in Bryce Canyon and stay at the lodge in the park. We only spent half a day here during our first road trip and were looking forward to seeing during the winter.
Below you can see my poking my head over the Hoodoos and getting in on every other person's snaps. It makes Jenni and I always laugh thinking they will find me when they get home and edit the pictures or that a friend will see me in a framed picture of the family years later.
Nothing like running around Hoodoos having snowball fights. Sure beats the crowded 100+ degree weather of July 4th the last time we came through here.
We had some fog issues at Bryce. We sat and watched it roll in just as the sun began to set. It also lifted in the morning well after the sun came up. Unfortunately, we missed the traditional photo opps but it was cool to watch roll in.
