Breckenridge's Ice Castle
The Ice Castle is a pretty cool stop if you are photography inclined or have kids....
We had stopped in Breck to refuel on coffee and food after a long day of snowshoeing. We were both beat and ready to hit the road after a short stop to check it out. Next time we will try to stay until the sun goes down since there are thousands of LED lights frozen into the ice. The Castle stays open and lit till 10 pm, but will be closing at the end of March.
